Sou eu!»

Francisco Lacerda Interview
Question: ¿What kind of work will be part of the exhibition?
Answer: This exhibition is about the nature and the life that I can create with abstract landscapes. I always try to create something new, fresh, beautiful, with color and life. Something that no one ever seen but with art and passion.
Q. ¿Which is the theme in that series?
A. All paintings have the different colors that we can create with nature. It´s the only way we have to show that we must protect the nature and we are part of it. It´s always sad see the big crimes committed by the humans against the nature and other habitats. This art is a big shout to the Human species.
Q. ¿In which discipline are you most comfortable?
A. I love the color and all work that we have to find the perfect color to express how we feel and make the others feel and understand the same. It´s a particular job, because i always think that I can create and do better, better and better, until i find the perfect color. The color really thrills me.
Q. ¿Which are your sources of inspiration?
A. I love Kandinsky works, he is the artist that really inspires me. His Works are beautiful. I like to see all kind of art, but I prefer to see more 18, 19 and 20 century art. I like to study their works and techniques. I´m talking about artists like Jean Miotte, Amadeu de Sousa Cardoso, Dali, Picasso or Lyonel Feininger. But there are modern artists that I like too, such as Joana Vasconcelos and Júlio Pomar.
Q. ¿What do you think about Eurostars Exhibitions?
A. Eurostars exhibitions are the best opportunity that artist have to show his work to every collector or gallery operators that are searching for emergent talents. I really have to thank to Eurostars Hotels to support my work and help to exhibit my art in their hotels.
